Let’s be clear, training a dog happens 24\/7. Dogs do what we train, not what we (mean to) teach.<\/p>\n

This being said, taking an hour to take him to the mall without actually getting any shopping done, having her take the bus without actually going anywhere, taking them for a walk, but to “work” instead of relaxing, that’s just not always easy. There’s the marathon schedule, maybe some fears, and frankly, sometimes the patience and aptitudes of a professional trainer are needed to actually get ahead of some issues.<\/p>\n

The idea here is not to train your dog from A to Z, in my view that would be totally unrealistic, since your dog learns from you 24\/7, and from the trainer 1h out of 168h ;). The idea is to rough out the work for you, and help you a start or boost your training on specific things you want your dog to learn, using targeted situations that will help their learning, their socialization or their desensitization.<\/p>\n

How does it work ?<\/span><\/p>\n

We meet for a 30min briefing, during which we define the target areas and objectives. We schedule 4 appointments for me to come pick up your dog at home or at a convened location, take him to a suitable location for training the behaviors and situations we want to work on, and bring him back to the place of pickup an hour later.
\nAt the end of the 4 sessions we meet for a 30min debriefing so that I can hand over tools and exercises that will be needed to continue\/maintain the training with your dog.<\/p>\n

This is not a dog walking service. The initial briefing as well as the final debriefing are not optional and are included in the cost of the service.
\nThe number of spots is very limited, availability may vary depending on your location.
\nAll 4 pick up appointments are scheduled during the initial briefing.<\/p>\n
